Responsibilities
- Monitor and resolve critical system issues during night shift hours
- Provide exceptional technical support to global clients via chat/phone
- Execute scheduled system maintenance and updates
- Document incidents and generate detailed performance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during handover periods
- Proactively identify system vulnerabilities and implement fixes
- Maintain 99.9% uptime SLA for assigned infrastructure
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical support or system administration experience
- Proven night shift or 24/7 environment work history
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High-speed internet connection and dedicated home office space
