Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support and incident resolution during night shift hours
- Monitor system performance and proactively address infrastructure alerts
- Collaborate with global teams using agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Document procedures and contribute to knowledge base optimization
- Execute scheduled deployments and maintenance windows during off-peak hours
- Maintain SLA compliance and customer satisfaction metrics

Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT operations, cloud infrastructure, or SaaS support
- Expertise in AWS/Azure and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong debugging skills across Linux/Windows environments
- Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog, New Relic) and ticketing systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- CompTIA Network+ or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner preferred
