- Document all interactions in CRM systems with detailed resolution notes
- Collaborate with global teams to escalate critical issues and ensure seamless handoffs
- Monitor support queues and maintain SLA compliance with <15-minute response times
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical support experience with night shift or 24/7 operations
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS, networking fundamentals, and cloud platforms
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills with multilingual abilities preferred
- Industry certifications (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support) strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in remote environment
