Responsibilities
- Provide Tier-3 technical support for cloud-based software solutions via phone, chat, and email
- Monitor and resolve system alerts during overnight hours with SLA compliance
- Document complex troubleshooting processes using knowledge base tools
- Collaborate with global teams during cross-continental handovers
- Contribute to continuous improvement of support protocols
- Conduct proactive system health checks during off-peak hours
- Maintain strict data security protocols for sensitive client information
Qualifications
- 3+ years in technical support or IT operations with night shift exposure
- Expertise in AWS/Azure cloud infrastructure and SaaS platforms
