Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 Technical Support: Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues for clients via remote desktop and phone.
- Manage Night Operations: Oversee system performance, monitor alerts, and resolve critical incidents during off-peak hours.
- Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to document solutions and share knowledge.
- Security & Compliance: Enforce data protection protocols and ensure all remote access meets industry standards.
- Client Training: Conduct virtual training sessions to empower clients with technical knowledge.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in IT support, help desk, or customer service.
- Education: Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows/Linux, networking, and remote diagnostic tools.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM EST).
