Responsibilities
- Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for remote clients via phone and email.
- Monitor system performance and resolve critical technical issues during night hours.
- Document all incidents, solutions, and resolutions in the ticketing system accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and processes.
- Maintain strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
- Conduct routine system checks to ensure 24/7 uptime for our clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service roles.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM EST).
- Strong proficiency in Windows, macOS, and common office productivity software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Reliable home internet connection and a dedicated, noise-free workspace.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during the night shift.
