Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support via chat and email for hardware and software issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot network connectivity problems and device errors.
- Maintain a high customer satisfaction score through empathetic and clear communication.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to escalate complex issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in IT support, customer service, or technical troubleshooting.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a private workspace.
- Ability to work the night shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a full-time basis.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and patience with non-technical users.
