  • Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support via chat, email, and phone channels.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer success.
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile operating systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot network and hardware configurations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity.
  • Must be available to work full-time night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
