Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to end-users via chat, email, and phone during the night shift.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all support tickets and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the Day Shift team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 engineering teams when necessary.
- Stay updated on product updates and technical documentation to provide accurate assistance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Technical Support or Help Desk roles.
- Proven experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM EST).
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows, macOS, and common office software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
