Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier technical troubleshooting and customer support via chat, email, and phone.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for enterprise clients efficiently.
- Document all interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Maintain high levels of availability and responsiveness during night shift hours.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to internal processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in technical support or customer service (1+ years).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM EST/CST).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
