Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical troubleshooting and support via email, chat, and phone to customers in the New Orleans region and worldwide.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets during the night shift, ensuring critical issues are resolved immediately.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software conflicts, ensuring 100% client satisfaction.
- Document all technical interactions, resolutions, and customer feedback in our CRM system accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with day-shift engineering teams to escalate unresolved issues and improve operational protocols.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our product suite and provide self-service resources to users.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a technical support or helpdesk role, with a strong preference for remote or shift-based work.
- Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and common software applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision during late-night hours.
