Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support via phone, chat, and email during night shift hours.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for remote users.
- Document all technical resolutions and customer interactions in our CRM system (Salesforce/Zendesk).
- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to escalate critical bugs and suggest improvements.
- Ensure strict adherence to security protocols and data privacy standards during remote sessions.
- Maintain a high first-contact resolution rate and positive customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or IT preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and willing to work night shifts.
- Proficiency with remote desktop tools, VPNs, and ticketing systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a logical approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
