Job Summary
As a Technical Support Specialist on our night shift team, you will be the first line of defense for our enterprise clients. You will troubleshoot complex technical issues, manage critical tickets, and ensure system uptime during off-peak hours.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage a high-volume queue of technical support tickets via our ticketing system (Zendesk/Jira).
- Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network connectivity issues for remote clients.
- Collaborate with day-shift engineering teams to document complex bugs and escalate issues efficiently.
- Ensure 24/7 system stability and perform routine maintenance checks during the night cycle.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing clear, empathetic, and technical communication.
- Conduct remote troubleshooting sessions using screen-sharing tools.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical support, IT help desk, or customer service.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment with excellent self-discipline.
- Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Familiarity with Python or SQL is a strong plus for this technical role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
