Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles
- Proven track record of meeting retention and growth targets in SaaS environments Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and project management tools

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
