- Develop personalized onboarding plans for new clients and conduct regular business reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex client needs
- Analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings and service delivery
- Create and maintain detailed client documentation in Salesforce
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer success or account management experience
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce experience preferred)
