Responsibilities
- Proactively onboard new clients and implement onboarding plans
- Monitor client health metrics and identify expansion opportunities
- Resolve technical issues via email, chat, and video calls
- Develop customized success strategies for key accounts
- Document client interactions and success stories
- Collaborate with product team to relay client feedback
- Track and report KPIs using Salesforce and HubSpot
Qualifications
- 2+ years in customer success or technical support
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated with excellent time management
