Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts via phone, email, and virtual chat with 95%+ satisfaction metrics
- Proactively onboard new customers through personalized training sessions
- Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with sales team for expansion
- Document client feedback to inform product improvements and feature requests
- Resolve technical issues with Tier 1 support escalation protocols
- Track KPIs including NPS, retention rates, and ticket resolution times
- Conduct quarterly business reviews to align with client growth objectives
Qualifications
- 2+ years in customer success, support, or account management roles
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and communication tools
- Exceptional written/verbal communication with empathetic problem-solving approach
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in remote settings
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple accounts
- Associate's degree or equivalent certification in business or related field
- Available 4-5 hours/day during Pacific Time business hours
