Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts via phone, email, and chat while maintaining SLA compliance
- Resolve technical issues using provided remote support tools and documentation
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with sales team
- Document client interactions and feedback in CRM system
- Conduct virtual product training sessions for new clients
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product enhancement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor's preferred
- 1+ years customer service or success experience in remote/virtual setting
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and collaboration tools
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills with clear articulation
- Strong problem-solving abilities with technical aptitude
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated workspace
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed for client coverage
- Must be resident of Florida or Ohio with valid work authorization
