Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone with a focus on accuracy and empathy.
- Manage and update client accounts, ensuring data integrity and accurate documentation.
- Identify and resolve technical issues or escalate complex problems to the senior team efficiently.
- Conduct product training sessions and onboarding calls for new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional remote teams to improve service delivery and product offerings.
- Track performance metrics and contribute to team KPIs through consistent reporting.
- Build lasting relationships with clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction rates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or support, with remote work experience being a significant plus.
