Responsibilities
- Proactively onboard and train new clients on our platform
- Identify growth opportunities and upsell solutions
- Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot product inquiries
- Conduct regular check-ins to ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery
- Document client interactions and maintain detailed records
- Analyze usage data to drive product improvements
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience required
- 2+ years in customer support/success roles
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
