Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and SEO platforms
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize ROI and inform strategic decisions
- Create engaging content including blog posts, social media assets, and email newsletters
- Manage paid advertising budgets across Google Ads and social media platforms
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive opportunities
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Implement A/B testing frameworks to continuously improve conversion rates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of digital marketing experience with demonstrable campaign results
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media management tools
- Strong written communication skills with portfolio of content samples
- Experience with email marketing automation platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS preferred
