Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support via phone, chat, and ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for Windows/macOS environments
- Deploy and configure company-provided equipment to new hires
- Document resolutions in ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Monitor network security and patch systems remotely
- Collaborate with team on infrastructure updates
- Train users on cybersecurity best practices
Qualifications
- 1+ years of IT support/help desk experience
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS troubleshooting
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during flexible hours
- Must reside in Kansas City, MO or Ohio
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
