- Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to enforce remote access protocols.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of remote workstation configurations.
- Conduct user training sessions on new software applications and security best practices.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential technical bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in IT support, helpdesk, or customer service.
