- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends
- Collaborate with design team to create marketing assets
- Track KPIs and prepare monthly performance reports
- Assist in managing marketing budget and vendor relationships
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of marketing experience with digital focus
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with content management systems (CMS)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
