- Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify high-value opportunities for our clients in the Washington DC and California markets.
- Optimize on-page and off-page content to improve search engine rankings and organic visibility.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and other SEO tools to track progress and report results.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging, SEO-friendly copy and meta descriptions.
- Perform regular site audits to identify technical SEO issues and implement necessary fixes.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain competitive.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in SEO, preferably in a remote or agency setting.
- Strong understanding of on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
