Responsibilities
- Develop and execute engaging social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter
- Create compelling visual content (graphics, short videos, stories) using Canva and Adobe Suite
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and ROI
- Manage community engagement and respond to comments/messages within 2 hours
- Collaborate with marketing team on cross-platform campaigns
- Stay updated on algorithm changes and platform trends
- Prepare weekly performance reports with actionable insights
Qualifications
- 2+ years social media management experience with portfolio
- Proven expertise in content creation for multiple platforms

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible schedule availability including some weekends
