Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support via phone, chat, and email for hardware/software issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity, security, and performance problems
- Document cases accurately in CRM systems while maintaining SLA compliance
- Collaborate with Tier 2 engineers for complex issue escalation
- Conduct remote device diagnostics and configuration assistance
- Train users on new technology implementations
- Maintain detailed knowledge base articles
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service or technical support experience
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS and networking fundamentals
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot remotely using diagnostic tools
- High-speed home internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps)
- Comfortable working independently in a home office environment
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent preferred
- Available 20-25 hours/week with flexible scheduling
