Responsibilities
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing technical talent.
- Optimize job postings and company website content using SEO best practices to increase visibility.
- Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate data entry.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate personas.
- Utilize Boolean search strategies to identify passive candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve sourcing channels and conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Technical Recruiting or HR within a high-growth environment.
- Basic to intermediate understanding of SEO principles (keywords, meta tags, content strategy).
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Must be located in the United States with a stable internet connection.
