Responsibilities
- Execute weekend technical recruiting campaigns to source hard-to-fill positions in IT, Engineering, and Software Development.
- Optimize job postings and company profiles on major job boards and social media platforms to boost organic visibility.
- Conduct targeted Boolean searches on LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and SEO performance data to refine sourcing strategies.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and nurture relationships with passive tech talent.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in HR, Marketing, or IT preferred).
- Proven experience in technical recruiting, preferably within a remote or hybrid environment.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SEO principles and job board optimization.
- Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Must be available to work weekends as part of the core shift.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently from home.
