Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems and firewall configurations for remote setups.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and productivity software applications.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Conduct virtual training sessions for new users to ensure they maximize our software tools.
- Monitor system performance and alert the team to potential security threats or outages.
- Collaborate with the internal engineering team to escalate complex bugs and feature requests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace free from noise distractions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic understanding of networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
