Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and live chat to resolve customer issues and inquiries.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity problems for end-users.
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system accurately and timely.
- Educate customers on product features, updates, and best practices to prevent future issues.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to escalate complex bugs and suggest improvements.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in every customer interaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and basic networking concepts.
