- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and blockers proactively.
- Communicate project status, progress, and updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Proven experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
