Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and prioritize bugs with precision during night coverage hours.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and improve system performance.
- Utilize automation tools (Selenium, Cypress) to streamline the testing process.
- Maintain a high standard of code quality and documentation standards.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings via Zoom.
- Ensure 100% uptime and reliability for our client-facing platforms.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance (QA) or Software Testing.
- Strong proficiency in manual and automated testing methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM PT).
- Experience with SQL and API testing is a plus.
