Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales strategies to acquire new business clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through virtual channels
- Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets using data-driven approaches
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales pipeline and client interactions
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion
- Present product demonstrations to qualified prospects
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
- Self-motivated with proven goal-setting ability
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Proficient in remote work tools (Zoom, Slack, CRM)
- Resilient with ability to handle rejection constructively
- Valid US work authorization and quiet home office setup
