Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic success plans for 50+ enterprise accounts
- Act as primary point of contact for C-level stakeholders across multiple industries
- Proactively identify expansion opportunities and drive upsell/cross-sell revenue
- Collaborate with product teams to deliver feature feedback and client insights
- Implement quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with measurable ROI tracking
- Maintain 95%+ client retention rate through proactive engagement
- Mentor junior team members and share best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS customer success or account management
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets
- Experience managing enterprise accounts ($100K+ ARR)
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics tools
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Remote work experience with demonstrated self-motivation
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in Jira and project management methodologies
