Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/GCP infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Automate CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
- Optimize cloud costs through monitoring tools like Datadog and CloudHealth
- Ensure zero-downtime deployments with blue-green strategies
- Implement robust security protocols including IAM policies and network ACLs
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct peer code reviews
- Respond to production incidents with SLO-driven SLAs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of DevOps/cloud engineering experience
- Expert proficiency in Python, Bash, and infrastructure-as-code tools
- Deep AWS/GCP certification (Solutions Architect Professional preferred)
- Kubernetes and container orchestration mastery
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring and observability stacks
- Strong Linux systems administration skills
- Proven track record of scaling cloud environments
