Responsibilities
- Remotely diagnose and troubleshoot complex industrial equipment using provided diagnostic tools
- Coordinate with on-site teams to resolve technical issues via video conferencing and remote access
- Document maintenance activities and create detailed technical reports using our proprietary software
- Train junior technicians on remote diagnostic protocols and equipment safety standards
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement equipment upgrades and system improvements
- Monitor equipment performance metrics and recommend preventive maintenance schedules
- Stay current with industry advancements through continuous training modules
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance or technical support
- Proficiency with remote diagnostic tools and virtual collaboration platforms
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Ability to read technical schematics and equipment manuals
- Certification in relevant industrial equipment (e.g., HVAC, robotics, or CNC systems)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site visits
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
