Key Responsibilities:
You will own the development lifecycle of our core products, ensuring code quality, performance, and scalability. Your work will directly impact millions of users worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Lead architectural decisions and drive technical excellence across the engineering team.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance, security, and accessibility to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Deep proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously in a distributed remote environment.
