Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from conception to delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Indianapolis and NC locations
- Develop detailed project plans with clear milestones and deliverables
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Implement agile methodologies to ensure iterative progress
- Stakeholder communication and status reporting
- Risk mitigation and issue resolution
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in remote/ hybrid settings
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise with Jira, Asana, or similar project tools
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing distributed teams across multiple time zones
- Background in SaaS or tech industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
