Responsibilities
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution and closure, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through regular status updates, risk assessments, and transparent reporting.
- Drive process improvements and implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to enhance team productivity.
- Lead recruitment and mentorship for junior project managers and team members.
- Identify potential risks early and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the software or technology industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing remote teams and distributed projects.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project).
- PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of self-motivation and discipline.
