Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of software and marketing projects from initiation to delivery.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure milestones are met efficiently.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives for remote Agile teams.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring business continuity and quality assurance.
- Communicate complex project updates to stakeholders and executive leadership clearly and concisely.
- Mentor junior project managers and team leads, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Drive the adoption of project management best practices across the organization.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Strong proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Expert knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com, MS Project).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently without close supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
