Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using AWS/GCP and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architecture sessions
- Optimize system performance and implement CI/CD pipelines
- Lead cross-functional Agile sprints with product and design teams
- Develop secure APIs and implement authentication protocols
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical documentation
- Drive innovation through cloud-native solution architecture
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Python/Java/Go)
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and RESTful APIs
- Proven track record leading complex technical projects
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating production-level system designs
