Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to implementation
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and market analysis

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
- Portfolio showcasing complex B2B and consumer projects
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
