Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to define and implement features.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to technical architecture decisions.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability for a distributed workforce environment.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and implement best practices for cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript with a strong understanding of backend and frontend frameworks.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required for security clearance purposes.
