Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable cloud-native applications using Python and AWS
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to define technical roadmaps
- Optimize system performance and resolve complex technical challenges
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Docker and Kubernetes

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Python/Django
- Expertise in AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS)
- Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and microservices architecture
- Proven experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and containerization
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
