Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to implementation
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Design high-fidelity prototypes and interactive wireframes using Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility
- Establish and maintain scalable design systems and UI patterns
- Analyze user feedback and data to iterate on design solutions
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with remote work portfolio
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies
- Experience designing for web, mobile, and responsive platforms
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive designs
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
