We're seeking a visionary designer to lead end-to-end UX projects for our e-commerce platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform complex requirements into user-centered designs. This role offers rapid onboarding and the chance to shape our design system from day one.
Responsibilities
- Lead user research, persona development, and journey mapping for high-traffic digital products
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback
- Develop and maintain our design system components and documentation
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Mentor junior designers through design reviews and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing SaaS/e-commerce projects
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience conducting user research and data-driven design decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and problem-solving
- Ability to thrive in remote collaboration environments
