Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design projects for enterprise clients using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to drive design decisions
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and developers
- Create design systems and maintain consistent UI/UX standards across products
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design team growth initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (5+ years experience required)
- Portfolio showcasing 10+ complex digital products with measurable impact
- Expertise in user research methodologies and design thinking frameworks
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience working with agile development methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with remote team collaboration experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
