Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design systems and maintain design consistency
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct user interviews and analyze feedback to inform design decisions and product improvements
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and advocate for user-centered design principles
- Maintain and evolve design documentation and component libraries
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging UX technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with remote work exposure
- Expertise in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping software
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions for web/mobile applications
- Proficiency in user research methodologies and data-driven design approaches
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Experience with agile development processes and design sprints
- Ability to manage multiple projects with flexible scheduling requirements
