Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes for enterprise web/mobile applications
- Conduct user research, persona development, and competitive analysis
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate with product managers and developers through agile workflows
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Establish and maintain design system documentation and standards
- Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex SaaS or e-commerce projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards
- Experience working in remote teams with asynchronous communication
